Purchase Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are final. By placing an order, you confirm you've reviewed this policy and accepted that cancellations or changes cannot be made after checkout.

Shipping Information

Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days from the day that the order is placed.

We currently only ship to the domestic United States and Canada. If you are interested in a Grizzly Forge knife and live outside the United States or Canada, please contact us at inquiries@grizzlyforge.com.

USPS Priority Mail (United States) — $7 flat rate
USPS Priority Mail International (Canada) — Varies by Weight (Starts at $42.95)
USPS First-Class Package International Service (Canada) — Varies by Weight (Starts at $24.80), Availability Limited by Weight and Valuation

All knives are shipped via USPS and are sent without insurance. International shipments will include a USPS Customs Declaration for the purchase value in USD and purchasers should expect to pay applicable local duties and taxes on import. Grizzly Forge assumes no liability for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit once the label is processed. If you want insurance, an expedited shipment, or a different carrier, these special requests must be noted at time of purchase & will change the ultimate cost of shipping.

Guarantee

All of our knives are guaranteed built-to-last with normal usage. This means edge retention, handle construction, and blade strength.
